Shipping policy

• Notecards and paper prints that are smaller than 16x20 take 1 or 2 business days to process. They ship worldwide from the US via USPS First Class. For orders outside the US, the customer is responsible for VAT upon delivery (DAP), except for the UK and Netherlands. In these countries, VAT is collected at checkout. 

• Paper prints that are 16x20 and larger ship within 8 business days.  They ship worldwide from the US via USPS First Class. (They take so long because they’re printed in a professional lab and shipped to me so I can sign them before shipping them to you. I do occasionally have some in stock, and those process within 1-3 business days.) For orders outside the US, the customer is responsible for VAT upon delivery, except for the UK and Netherlands. In these countries, VAT is collected at checkout. 

• Metal and canvas prints take 2-5 business days to process. They ship worldwide from either the US, UK, or mainland Europe, depending on the destination. 

• Calendars take 1 or 2 business days to process and ship worldwide: 
• Orders in North and South America ship from the US via USPS. 
• Orders in the UK ship via Royal Mail, DDP (Customer pays VAT upon ordering)
• Orders in the European Union ship DDP. (Customer pays VAT upon ordering) Please contact me if you want to know the courier. 
• Orders in countries not listed above ship from the UK via Royal Mail, DAP (The customer is responsible for VAT upon delivery).
